2. Exchange Policy

  • If you would like to exchange your bag for a different color, size, or style, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item being exchanged must be in new, unused condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship Back: Return the item to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • Please provide photos of the defective or damaged item for us to process the return quickly.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on used or worn items, or items that do not meet the return conditions outlined above.
